Sim didn't arrive, another one sent. £4 a month, unlimited calls and texts ordered for my severely disabled wife, this morning, she couldn't phone me because she's out of credit, please top up. It's unlimited so why? She is upset and panicking now because she couldn't phone me and her cognitive condition makes it so she doesn't understand. Completely unacceptable.

My daughter has received an earlier test through this service but now the app times out for even earlier ones offered so every one she misses. This has happened 6 times so far which is very annoying. App needs to be improved

Excellent, efficient service. Kept me informed by phone as I had a hospital appointment in the afternoon so confirmed times and checked a change to the scheduled time was still OK. Actual call was excellent with lots of signal checks to diagnose the problem which was baffling at first but the work seems to have solved the problem of freezing picture. Very fast change to aerial and booster at a good price. I do recommend this company.
