Really need to improve on your customer assistance
The cake I ordered from your website was for my friend. She said the cake was good and that it was delivered in good shape. I have some complaints, though. This is the second time I am using your service. First time, the cake was delivered so late in the evening on the birthday and the recipient was not happy with the way it was delivered! I wanted my second order to be delivered in the morning and tried to call the number given on the website, which turned out to be invalid!! Then, I tried the chat section. Mr. Kiran, replied to my queries and preponed the delivery to the day before. He also mentioned that the number is not invalid and that the line was just busy!! I hope the service provider will take better care of customer requirements in the future. I thank Mr. Kiran and Mr. Preet who helped me with placing the order.
