The new turn "feature" that you put in…
The new turn "feature" that you put in looks like a flop already like the Utility. It seems like you do not reach out to customers to get feedback. 1. The inability to change what items you want to be completed, specifically under habitability. 2. The forcing to pay upfront, versus after the work is completed is very GJ focused not customer-centric. 3. The process is built around the software instead of around the customer - for example, I spoke to the person handling the turn - explained what I need to be done and urgency 1/14, it is now 1/21 and I find out that the drywall can't be scheduled until after your team goes in and removes the items I don't want in your shopping cart "take a lesson from Amazon or any other online retailer". Sounds ok, well no the next section says I have to pay in advance the utility and lawn cutting ($100/month for one side of a duplex is gouging) for 3 months..... really it is going to take you that long to complete the turn and rent it ... wake up ... this is so far from customer-centric. Now your team is going to point the finger back at me that I didn't approve the turn.. that is the reason it took so long ...bs --- get customer centric ... this feedback is useless if you don't use it. Look how long it it took you to reverse the utility bs... you should rollback the software, test with a diverse range of users, and then make modifications before system-wide rollout. Never heard of AGILE? This is a joke, all at the expense of your customers. So this after the Tenant you vetted, paid one month all last year .... are you starting to feel my pain.... Then I bring this up to Alex ... who is aware and has been helpful to recover most of the last year's rent. I am thinking great "Great Jones" is starting to get the right people in place. I guess I got too excited - now when you really should be pro-active and be prepared to do whatever it takes to get this turn completed and the unit running with the right tenants --- nope.
