This company are a disgrace
This company are a disgrace. I went online to set up a payment plan to which they did nothing about. They then proceeded to take me to court. Once I called to explain the situation and knowing how to fill the form in, the manager on the phone called me a liar. The team are an awful bunch of people who are rude and show no empathy. Given the circumstances and the mess up by TM Legal it should have been the right thing in giving me more time to pay the balance. Awful company who employ disgraceful people!
