Solid service with minor hiccups
Overall satisfied with IHG's business services. The online booking system works well most of the time, though I've encountered a few glitches during peak booking periods. Customer service was helpful in resolving the issues. The variety of hotel brands under IHG gives good options for different business travel needs.
