Absolutely appalling customer service.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Bill was paid in full on the 8th Feb after being issued on the 7th. They then took a direct debit for the full amount again on the 23rd. When I spoke to customer service, they said "it is your own fault for not ringing us to make us aware of the payment." When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they said no, it's your own fault. Unreal!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
