I rang V4 customer service about a Bill query
I rang V4 customer service about a question on my bill about an Express assurance. Arpa, the account representative, clearly explained the benefits of that Assurance. When I asked about any cost reduction on my total bill (I have V4 Broadband and a SIM only contract for my mobile phone), he patiently checked what he could do to offer reductions and he listened to me when I said that I didn't want to extend my contract. He managed to give me some small but appreciated discounts without extending my contract.
