Need better communication with dealers as deals are misleading

All fine, however, I used the “worry free” filter on search which meant I didn’t get cheapest but supposedly all quotes contained good insurance included. When I went to pick up car, they informed me I would have to pay £1000 excess if I damaged car. I was led to believe would be a lot lower. Had I known that, I’d have gone with a cheaper quote as I didn’t really get the point of paying more. I also specifically chose a car similar to the one I drive at home and it appeared that I would get specific car, I was given a smaller car
