Slow customer service. Returns are very complicated
**update** The customer service team reached out and got my money back. Thanks. —- Pretty bad customer service. Return method is not working money is not refund. I bought 9 doorknobs. These did not look good upon arrival so I returned them. I followed the (already) complicated return process. Fill in a form (inlc. accept pay for the return) - wait for the return approval - get the label- print the label. Archaic method if you compare it to any other online shop out there (one button action - qr code -no printer need- and voilà). Worth to mention that you as customer are obliged to pay for the return BUT you can’t chose the carrier. It has to be the one of their choice. Ok, I followed all instructions dropped the package at the indicated shop with the label provided. On the site of the transport company I made sure the POD (proof of delivery) was a available and it was. All good. I dont know what happen that the package never arrived. So I get in touch with “customer service”. Terrible! terrible takes days/weeks for them to reply. They reply: “ we see you deliver the package but has not arrived so you dont get your money back” on top of this poor response they asked me if I have call the tracking company to sort this out. If I have followed up the shipment? On my end I already tried my best called the shipment company in the Netherlands they cant do anything because the label provided was wrong. Thus beslag online mistake! I went beyond and teached out the shipment company in sweden and open a complaint but because I am not the company which generate the label- I cant do much. All this time beslllag online compqny is not rewchable/not answering mails the chat is a joke. Is simple incoterms if I am forced to use a shipment company of the receivers choice. The responsibility upon handing the package to the shipment company transfer from the sender to the receiver. But they just ignore my mails. Reply every week or so with the same response “have you try to solve it yourself”? It has been over a month and i dont have doorknobs nor money back. They do nothing to help. Feels like a scam
