If you never have issues then they provide a good expensive service
If you never have issues, then it is a good provider. If you have something go wrong even due to their mistake (switching tiers or something), they will blame nbn and no one on that phone has ANY knowledge tech wise. I had to leave just fix their mistake. Took 30 seconds btw.
