A Perfect Example of Teamwork
I've been a client of TG for about 20 years and have always received a satisfactory service from what is a very large company. However, there has been a recent breakage of the glass in my patio door which seemed to present a problem to my property manager. He was replaced by James Hoyle, who took control of the situation from the outset and together with Gabrielle Roberts, worked tirelessly to ensure the problem was resolved in time for the new tenant to move in. James kept me informed every step of the way and is a credit to both himself and TG. Gabrielle likewise, liaised closely with the new tenant up to and including him moving into the property.
