I will never go to the store or buy a this store again! first both bathrooms her shut down and i had an emergency and had to enter one of them. athe good morning store manager at store in miami fl kendall snd 79 Ave SW was very angry. I can understand but he did not show any compassion as a woman in need and a senior citizen!! it was a real emergency! Also the cash register clerk, who was very nice, seemed upset and overwhelmed. the manage was roaming along appearing bothered and the. slowly came to her assistance. I ask him if an item was on sale and he state no but appeared snd felt like he was annoyed. no customer service in mind. the sakes clerks were very nice but not the managers. I returned that night as i thought I had missed a coupon for 20% off as i had a large purchase. He did not seem interested an helping..very serious..no customer service training. or any type of “can si help you”. never will enter that store again. the is hobby lobby michael’s and other fabric stores in miami that are much nicer and they appreciate your shopping at those stores.
