DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS RENTAL AGENCY
I thought I was making a reservation with a reputable rental agency and I spent many hours trying to find the perfect location in Paris to rent. The location was great but I would definitely choose a different rental agency to deal with. When we arrived at our apartment after a long trip from the USA, we had to pick up the key from a laundromat several blocks away. Then, we arrived to a place with a very dirty carpet, couch , and drapes. There was NO TOILET PAPER, NO KLEENEX, NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO,NO PAPER TOWELS OR SOAP IN KITCHEN and when I asked to please have some delivered, they responded(email only) that we would have to go to the store and pick some up ourselves. After a long day and the excitement of finally arriving in Paris with my daughter and my granddaughter, we were amazed that this was the response. I would have left that day if I wanted to walk away from the rental fee which they explained they would not return because I had signed the contract. Also, in spite of the fact that they claimed there were actual people, no one ever answered a call. The only way to contact them was through email. Scam. So so disappointed with the rental and the rental company.
