i ordered £192 poundsworth of goods…
i ordered £192 poundsworth of goods online as im quite ill and been passing out so stuck in the house .14th sept ord date i received 1 box from evri looked old on saturday with only a few items in . I then message them to ask where s the rest to no reply .I messaged again as i need stuff to take in hospital im desparate . no phone number on online site . I rang 3 shops tom get head office number I got through to customer services who told me yest the bx was daaged and returned were refund lol i was told they were refunding glucosamine tabs fri as out of stock no w this .so they dont even re do and send out o a 48 hr not mt faut their boxes are crap , I will never shop with them again , 10 days ago i went out with son shopping as i get short of breath pass out at mo . I spent 126 pounds in sutton in ashfield shop my son sent 80 too . so im very very annoyed
