I was looking to make a lump payment to reduce my direct debit. All nice and easy got the quote and paid through the requested method with all required reference codes. Move on 40 days .. I get an email which makes government bureaucracy look like plain .English so I send back a reply .. but looks like a PSA mess up. They had despite it being all done in good time not processed the payment. Shoddy so far but not awful so sit tight. Tried to get an answer used chat but too complex for them so called.. usual pants 25-30 min lost life to get a person. Did it then put on hold and then after 8 min line opens chattering noise I say hello and they drop the line. Another 25-30 min lost.. sorted but frankly they are very very unprofessional. They try to use poor English to not admit an error and frankly if you need customer service there just really poor.
