No delivery, no service!

Placed a £55 order on 1 March 2025 with an indicated dispatch time of 3-5 working days. After no delivery, dipatch notification, or correspondence, I followed up on status on 17 March 2025 via online contact form, since there is no listed telephone number or e-mail address. I immediately received an automated reply stating that a response can be expected after 5 days and an ominous warning not to submit further enquiries since it might delay the response (the automated response also included some belated advice on Christmas closure times of almost 3 months before). I finally received a response 10 days later on 27 April, blaming the non-delivery and delayed response on factory relocation and providing a new committed dispatch date of 4 April. Once again, no delivery or further communication prompted me to follow-up again on 8 April. After not receiving any further communication for another two weeks, I initiated a dispute process with my credit card provider.

Fantastic support both struggling learners and inquisitive minds

Our boys have been with Explore for more than 2 years now. Our eldest have made remarkable progress despite his learning difficulties, while his very inquisitive younger sibling found a lot of additional academic stimulation and personal growth at Explore. The state-of-the-art online learning curriculum allows each student to progress at their own pace and reach their full potential. The dedicated, friendly, and competent online and in-centre tutors make the students feel at ease while nurturing good inter-personal relationships and socialisation skills, and instilling the core values of fearless learning, critical thinking and mutual respect. Continuous feedback provides a measure of progress and standardised comparison of educational level, while highlighting specific areas of strength and weakness to ensure targeted intervention for the best learning outcome based on individual abilities. This is particularly valuable where the public school system does not include standardised assessment. During the pandemic, the addition on-line learning support was a lifeline. The children enjoy doing individual sessions on-line, with the tutored session online and in-centre seen as the highlight of their week.
