EV charger fault assessed and parts replaced
We had a fault on our EV charger. The engineer who came was on time, very professional, friendly and helpful. He dealt with the issue effectively and replaced parts and fixings to wall. He ran exhaustive checks and waited while we started a charge. Explanations and communication = excellent. This company’s and individual’s approach was an absolutely breath of fresh air, after a frustrating 3 weeks waiting for another company to initiate repair. Highly recommended.
