Enphase Energy British Experience. I look here and this seems to be US costomers and they seem to expect Enphase to correct issues with installations rather than products. I have a 16 panel 16 microinverter system since 2014. I noticed one inverter was not reporting for about a month. I called customer service. They remotely checked that 1 microinverter was faulty. They will be sending a replacement free and the will remotly set this up once it is swapped out. Fantastic customer service and product backup.
