I have been dealing with Ali Perry at Thornley Groves Senior Property Relationship Manager on and off for the last 2 years for my sons rental in Liverpool. She has supported us with everything needed. Always helpful and highly efficient, responds on everything and sorts any issues brilliantly. So very different to some letting agents I have been dealing with in Bristol for my daughters student accommodation, worlds apart. Can't recommend enough.
