We had an issue with our tour as we had not applied for USA ESTA's and as a result were denied check-in and could not commence the tour. We contacted your office and were referred to Beth Little who organised alternative flights for us bypassing America. Beth was absolutely brilliant and very professional. She organised the new flights and was very clear in her communications with us as to our alternatives and the costs involved. It was very refreshing to deal with someone who took a common sense approach and took personal control of what was quite a stressful situation. Keep up the good work Beth and I hope your fellow current and future workers have the same work ethic and professionalism as you do. Adrian & Christine Plowman
