I do NOT recommend smart energy
This is the second time I’ve written this review, the first one I took Dow because they promised to fix, well they didn’t! My solar was installed by young green installers that damaged my roof, and took a couple short cuts that resulted in mistakes make. The salesman promised I’d be paying the solar off at the cost of my electricity bill, and after 5 years I’d not be paying bills. Well in summer my bill has dropped, maybe at best by half, but in winter in my area it’s lucky to be 10% of my usage. The sales person i felt with is a liar that only cares about sales! I’m being pressured to take review down, and now they’ve written to trustpilot asking them to take it down…
