Con artist! I took out a subscription and used their services for the first time. I left the car wash very unimpressed with the outcome bearing mind I used the top service they offered my wheels and parts of the car was not clean at all! So I went to cancel my subscription realising it was not as easy as a click of a button and as it's not a direct debit they can take money out of my account any time. I emailed a complaint with photos and asked to cancel my subscription, no reply so forgot about it until today when I received an email saying they will take £17 out my account for the monthly subscription! So I have emailed again and will be contacting my bank claiming it's fraud if any money even comes out of my account! Let me say this publicly I DO NOT WISH FOR ANY MONEY TO COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY! my six year old son washed my car better than you did!
