What a journey
It was off to a slow start because I did not fully understand the process, so I became frustrated. When it was explained to me a little more clearly, then I got it. Then frustration kicked in again when my purchase had a glitch. I had to do some running around, which I felt was not my responsibility, but I did it because I wanted the vehicle. Lo and behold, after all of that, I decided to switch the vehicle out. Antonio remained professional, whereas I continued to show my frustration. I did not pick out the next vehicle; I left it in the hands of Antonio, and he did a fantastic job. I left there smiling and bragged all the way to my place of employment to all my friends and family.
