Euro car parts whiffler road Norwich. I Wanted a brake calliper which the girl behind the counter got , wanted to put it on account but she said “ I can’t I’ve already done the order “.She refused to cancel it and start again, then I was told to open box take calliper out and put my old one in box . Very nearly walked out and went to Halfords who had part in stock then she would have no choice to cancel it because I hadn’t even paid. Won’t be going back there again . Obviously too much work to hit delete button . Manners and politeness cost nothing. Help customers without them you don’t have a job Same response as most , nothing will be done . Asking for invoice number which I gave now asking again. Will just not use account and we will go elsewhere Update Had to use euro car parts again 24/05/25 but went to hall road and I would give them 5 stars as the young chap was very helpful . So obviously it’s not all their staff , asked to put on account and he said sure no problem and sorted it . Opened boxes to check brake discs size against old ones and not a problem.
