Refunds take an age
I really like Saint & Sofia clothes but they take an age to refund any returned items. I needed to buy suitable clothes for a last minute business trip. I ordered from several online retailers including S&S, John Lewis & Next. With both John Lewis & Next, returns were dealt with within a day of postage of the return, however I am still waiting for a refund from S&S for goods that were sent back on May 24th. I find it really difficult to believe that this process should take this long and the fact that it does will make me think twice about ordering from them in future.
