We booked a train ticket from Fuji to Tokyo with Klook, as it is now we can't pick up the tickets in Fuji, only possible in Tokyo. That is very surrealistic as we can't pick up the tickets at the departure, only at the destination? We have been in contact with Klook, but no solution.
