Charge without authorization
I applied for a VOXI SIM in late 2023 but never activated it or logged in due to login issues. Since March 2025, I’ve been charged £12 monthly without authorization. VOXI claims the account was active, but I dispute this as I never used the service. They offered a pro-rated refund for this month only, refusing to refund previous charges. I can’t access my account to opt out, and they haven’t provided evidence of activation. Poor customer service—avoid this provider unless they resolve this fairly.
