Barry Patten My interactions with Amber over the last month or so have been abysmal.. firstly asking for a quote re battery upgrade got a response 4 weeks later with an apology they had been "busy" ..gave up after 2 weeks and went elsewhere... Now also having problems with the Amber app and their Smartshift with a Sungrow Inverter and this has been going around in circles for 4 weeks with multiple people answering emails and nothing being done... Customer service hopeless 1/10 ...think seriously about Amber !!!
