You do not answer your customers
Still no reply, I have provided my ID documents as requested on 04/07/25 and still no acknowledgement of receiving these, I have followed up twice, still no response or my query resolved... and now you have my ID as well as my money. If I do not have resolved by Friday 18/07 I will be reporting to VISA for a refund, very very disappointed and frustrated. TICKETMASTER FRANCE can you please respond to & actually resolve request 63774232.
