RUN AWAY FAST
RUN! Great Jones is terrible. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt as I did. I was without air conditioning the ENTIRE Summer (end of May-beginning of September) in the South. It reached temperatures of 100° outside and 85° in my home. I was in direct communication with my property manager, Laura Nelson, who knew I had a small child in my home and did nothing to resolve the situation. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with the better business bureau that I got any resolution. While they FINALLY fixed the a/c, just in time for fall, they did promise me concession for the additional $400/mo th I incurred on my power bill due to the broken a/c, electrical and plumbing issues in my home and they did not give me one penny. Instead, they transferred me to a different banner within their corporation, Streetlane homes, so I could no longer submits requests through my tenant portal regarding this matter. Mind you I've paid my rent in full on time every single month for the 2.5 years I have lived in this property. I give Great Jones and Laura Nelson, personally, ZERO STARS, but Google doesn't allow it. As I said RUN, RUN FAR AWAY... you have been warned!!!!!!!!!
