The initial quote was misleading me, and also my lack of detail was causing higher premium than necessary, and Mark was able identify this issue and convinced me this was the right deal. We have had travel insurance through blue rewards at Barclays, so I have been out of touch with travel insurance. So Mark was the guiding light.
