First the bad
First the bad: my newly ordered heavily promoted gradient phone cases didn't ship. My reorder of black velvet TPU phone cases was incomplete - missing some models. But the worst for me is the slight but noticeable drop in quality of the finish on those black cases that now look and feel more like plastic. Did you change the supplier? Who manufactures those black velvety cases that I would like to reorder? Now the good: I was offered refund options and the shipping was quick.
