Mixed experience
The actual moving crew was fantastic and very professional. Unfortunately, the customer service and scheduling department left a lot to be desired. Had to call multiple times to confirm details and there was some confusion about timing. The move itself went smoothly once it got started, but the communication issues were frustrating.
