DO NOT BOOK A TRIP THROUGH KLOOK. I am sure the experience we selected was wonderful, however we have had the worst experience with Klook. Our guide never showed up, and we were blamed. No effort was made on their end to rectify the issue or provide a solution. We suggested were more than happy to join the next tour (on the following day). After confirming this was possible, 12 hours later they cancelled again. We have now missed out on the entire experience, as our trip has come to an end. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare, even though we paid for booking protection!!! They are also very hard to contact. We will never be using this platform again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
