I wrote a previous review as I thought Heymondo was the eSim provider. Nevertheless Heymondo responded to me almost immediately with assistance as to how I can contact them without access to the internet. If for such a simple issue Heymondo responds I am extremely confident that there will be no issue if there was a real emergency. Thank you and apologies for the mix up.
