One comment- your rates are attractive to last minute bookings. Large contrast to main carriers. But you're not set up to book flights last minute in a reliable manner Ill switch to others vendors for last minute bookings even if slightly more. To avoid the uncertainty if I have a flight during your 18hr delay to tell me. Cheers
