Agreed to a call from one of their 'financial planners' (or whatever they call them) Anyway, they clearly didn't remember and I had forgotten too when they did call. I was busy so we arranged another date for the next day - that was 5 days ago and no call once again. Hey Skipton, don't offer services you clearly have no intention of supporting!

Xara Web Designer Pro has to be the worst piece of software I have EVER had the misfortune to try and use. Buggy doesn't do justice to it. It is truly dreadful Matt. I do acknowledge the very good support you have provided over time and it is appreciated. Sadly my experiences of the product do not match your support. I also appreciate I have an older version (sadly no longer with the additional resources!) but am very reluctant to invest in a newer version given my overall experience.
