Be VERY careful when porting the number
In all honesty, I had no issues with the sim while I did use it. The issue arose when I ported the number from the Sim to another contract. Nowhere on the porting page does it explain that you will no longer be able to log in to reclaim you balance, and that money is lost forever. There is no way to recover the balance, and customer services are unwilling to help. If you have ANY balance remaining before porting, be warned that you MUST contact customer services before porting the number. If I was warned of this beforehand, of course I would have, but now my balance is gone.
