BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
On December 19, 2020, we placed an online order from this company for a Christmas gift for family. Hazelton's communication informed our order was delivered Dec 21, 2020. Sadly, our expensive gift basket did not get delivered for Christmas, nor after Christmas. In fact, today is Jan 11, 2021, and it still has not been delivered. I tried following-up directly with the company a few times after Christmas when family informed they did not receive our gift: 1) by phone, however, only received a voice message stating I had to send an email regarding our inquiry. NO customer service was available to speak with directly. 2) immediately after that, I sent the email with ALL required info as requested in the voice message. 3) another email, this time requesting the order be canceled because, after all, Christmas had come and gone, New Year's too, and still we received no concrete information as to the whereabouts of our order 3 weeks later, and could not speak with anyone in their customer service. In fact, even with the emails, there was no further communication from the company and no tracking information provided about our order that apparently had been shipped, but no specific details provided. This is reprehensible. There is no delivery, no customer service. I feel like they took our money. All the reviews I have been reading, sounds like many other people's money taken too. Numerous frustrated and angry customers going through the same experience; see YELP, Trustpolit, and even their Facebook page! Wish we had checked reviews first. While their website might look professional, BUYER BEWARE! This company seems like a scam, deceiving. It has no customer service, no product, no delivery. So many red flags. Deeply disappointed. This company should not be in business. I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review. Otherwise, it would have been a Zero. Do not order from this company!
