Extremely Disappointing Experience I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent purchase from your company. The part I received was not the one I ordered, and when I contacted your customer service to rectify the issue, I encountered nothing but difficulties. Despite my best efforts to explain the situation, the return process was made unnecessarily complicated. To add insult to injury, when I finally managed to return the incorrect part, your company refused to accept the package. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I expected a smooth and professional service, but instead, I was met with incompetence and a lack of customer care. I regret to say that I cannot recommend your company to others based on this experience.
