After a fairly quick sale, our buyer was an absolute nightmare but Joanne and Donna at Richard Kendalls dealt with her extremely calmly. They took on work which was not theirs to do and made sure everything at our end was dealt with in a timely manner, if only all agents worked like they did. Special thanks also to Liz who had to listen to our buyers rants daily. (Its worth saying that anyone buying a house should always make sure they use reputable, approved legal services and not blame others for their own choices). From start to finish the agents were helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.
