Avoid this company!
Instead of spending time responding to glowing and frankly, questionable five-star reviews, perhaps your firm should prioritise addressing the concerns of your actual clients, many of whom are being subjected to completely unnecessary stress and frustration due to your lack of communication. My relative is currently in the process of purchasing a property. It is a straightforward transaction — no chain, with contracts already signed and returned. Despite this she has been met with silence. Multiple messages and follow-ups have been left, all of which have gone unanswered. She has now had to lodge a complaint, which I expect has a response within 28 days - otherwise the next contact will be with the legal ombudsman. This level of disregard for a paying client is not only unprofessional, but is now having a significant impact on her well-being. The stress and anxiety caused by your inaction is unacceptable. It is deeply disappointing that your firm appears to be prioritising its online image over providing even basic communication and support to those relying on your service. I urge you to address this matter with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.
