Sophie Sheppard: the renter’s best friend…
Sophie and Bethany have been a brilliant support to my husband and I whilst in a 7 year let in a property they manage. Initially we were given a designated agent to contact and that seemed to change all the time. But in recent years Sophie and Bethany have been managing the lets and things have greatly improved, due to that consistency of care. Sophie in particular has been great - she knows us now and the quirks of the Victorian property itself and the ins-&-outs such a period property can have. Sophie has never left us in limbo and has always moved on things quickly and helped our landlady keep this Victorian lady still standing & comfortable. As lifelong renters we have experienced many ups and downs with agencies, but Snellers has by far and away been the best we’ve had. If we weren’t moving out of the area, we would have looked to move into another of their managed properties going forward, as a result of the service and support we’ve received as renters. Consistency and good support are rare in letting agencies, but Sophie & Bethany & their team have managed it consistently for us in our time as their tenants.
