Had my 1st customer service call today. Karen asked if everything was ok and could she help with anything. I asked if I could transfer to the EV Lifestyle version without an EV and she confirmed I could and sent me details of the rates. Tomato keep getting better. Their new app works very well as does MYWatts. Billing is prompt informative and accurate. Their rates are unbeatable. Customer Service 1st class. Long may they continue.
