Shocking Room at The Beach Hotel Great Yarnmouth
Very poor room at The Beach Hotel Great Yarmouth went from 16/07/2025 to 21/7/2025. The driver was a fantastic driver the coach was comfy and clean. Upon checking into the room thought yeah nice went to the bathroom found human excrement in the toilet. Went down complained sorted after that decided to have a proper look in room damp and wall paper coming off side of sea view the window latch was broken so to reception i go again and complained. Closer inspection carpet with stains on, found bedding with holes in and as checking out found loads of dust too. Downstairs was ok the food good and entertainment good. The staff are very good and extremely helpful. This is simply not good enough will be sending official complaint to Head Office i go away to expect decwnt standards in the room. This was simply not good enough.
