I wanted something sustainable and this is it!
I am in the throes of peri-menopause and dealing with everything that comes with it including weight gain. I'm fairly active and I've done enough research to know that nutrition is really key at this point in my life. I knew that a super restrictive "diet" wasn't for me and wanted something that would help me focus on my nutrition and still be able to enjoy food. I'm also vegan and wanted to work with someone who understands my way of eating. Anna has been key in helping me move towards my goals! She's very easy to talk to and always has suggestions whenever I need them. She's really helped me focus on getting more protein into my diet which has also helped with my recovery as a runner. I'm looking forward to continue working with Anna to hit my goals!
