BETTER than expected!!
I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case I just felt I had to mostly because this company has not only earned my business but also the respect for “how” they do business. For many years, my family has always tried to support & with privately held companies and mostly because in these days, those businesses seem to be more genuine and interested in people’s opinions and their thoughts they are what their customers think. With Blackout Co this was no exception. After trying their coffee after hearing it on a local radio broadcast, I decided to try it based on what I had researched and reviewing some customers thoughts and opinions. After buying their product for a few years, I just thought appropriate to do a review and let people know not only how great their coffee tastes, but their customers opinions. Although I was hesitant the first time since they do not have a customer service phone number to place orders being a family own business they do respond to emails very quickly. Their shipment is very quick and never out of stock on the coffee I have ordered. You will see from my photo I included, I have usually ordered a few 12 ounce bags with each order but recently ordered a 5 pound bag since my wife and daughter consume at least a cpl mugs a day. So just wanted to give everyone my vote and would recommend this to anyone who likes (expects) good, fresh coffee. Blackout Coffee has definitely earned me as a lifetime customer.
