No empathy
No empathy, just harass and hound! These people say they represent other people who buy unpaid debts for nothing then hound and harass people for payment of the full balance! Absolute disgusting how they bombard people with emails and letters with threats that they are going to send people to their houses! Even after being made aware the person has serious mental health problems. They just up the harassment! Totally no empathy at all. Utterly disgusting company! Then get reviews removed because they don't like people saying how they harass people! They then contact trust pilot to get my review hidden for defamation! Why? Because you don't want people to see how you really are? Have you noticed after there is a bad review for these, the next minute there's a influx of 5star reviews with a very similar write up! Like "I've spoke to so n so today, they were amazing" really strange that isn't it! Surly I'm not the only one who noticed this! Check the low reviews, you'll see the real picture of what this company is like!
