Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling Tour guide Justin was extremely rude on first day & attitude never changed. He never acknowledged anyone in the mornings & did not speak to anyone until 3 hours into trip. When asked questions his reply was ‘I’m not google’ Toilet in bus didn’t work for first 3 days Accommodation in France was in a filthy dangerous area. Hotel had no aircon or heating, cockroaches & bed bugs, some rooms had no pillows mine was mouldy Included meals were atrocious & people got food poisoning. Meal at German beer hall was cold chips & 1/4 cold chicken. Visit to Vatican was listed on tour but guide knew nothing about so we could not attend Lunches were at truck stops - disgraceful Then guide expected tip Will never use My Cruises again Majority of travellers are asking travel agents for refund Booking Ref MYC-49885
