It's not phishing, and it's possible to donate your gift
I initially thought the email was spear phishing scam as they'd only need to know a name of a supplier to fake it. But researched online and went to the website (without clicking any email email links) and it is legit. But looking at the reviews here, particularly the one about shipping abroad not really working as I'm not in the US (and I really didn't want to receive foodstuffs that have been held up for months in customs) so I donated to make-a-wish - it's good that they have that option! I'll treat myself to some cookies for a few quid next time I do the groceries, for a sweeter result for everyone :)
